This collection is inspired by the magic in my daughter’s eyes. The first time she looked back at me, my heart stopped. I saw magic, purity and all knowing in her eyes. It was like she shared a sacred message about where she came from. She’s so special, and this collection is inspired by Mayari, for Mayari.
Inspired by Love
These 22 pieces, are the most intentional earrings hat I have ever made. I connected every jump ring with Mayari on my lap. While I’ve been on maternity leave, I have been staying busy by pouring my heart into this collection. My days are spent making jewelry, breast feeding, and staring at her cute face. It is not always perfect and I am usually covered in breast milk by the end of the day… but I truly couldn’t ask for anything more. Right now I am focusing on honoring my current space and honest, human transition into motherhood. This collection has truly kept me flowing in a positive creative space. With struggles of mental health, I knew postpartum depression was a possibility for me. So by tapping into the positives and flows that came with the this transition I turned it all into this collection.
